 RELEVANT CONTRACTS TAX

Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) is used by the Revenue Commissioners to ensure that certain types of sectors are tax compliant by compelling the principle contractor to withhold taxation from sub-contractors as per the Finance Act 2011.

The Finance Act 2011 introduced complex alterations to how the RTC system operates. Our experienced team provides tailored solutions to both principle contractors and sub-contractors in order to minimise the risk from Relevant Contracts Tax including;
